Once you place your order with us we will ship the product within 24 hours and should reach you within 7 days. we use the most reliable and leading logistic companies to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order(s).

We offer free shipping all over India

We strive to deliver the product within 7 working days. however, there might be circumstances beyond our control where this timeline cannot be maintained. in such cases, we ensure that the product reaches to you within 7-8 days of purchase.

In that case, please write to at support@zulements.com within 2 days of receiving the order. for our records it is necessary to share a picture of the defect and email it to us along with your order number. you will have to courier the parcel to us once approve the defects as seen in the pictures shared by you. once the product reaches us, we’ll conduct a quality check and replace the product for you or refund the amount into your bank/card account.

An attempt is made to deliver the order at your preferred time. if no one is available to receive your order at this time, a second attempt is made after confirming with the customer. if the order is not received at second attempt then the order comes back to our warehouse. our customer care executive will then get in touch with you to inform the non-delivery.

Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the order. you can send us an email at support@zulements.com, with your order details. we will send you our complete address for you to courier the parcel to us. you need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and seal it. as soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will refund back the money into your card/bank account.

You can make your return within 7 days of receiving it.

Once we receive your returned product in our warehouse, we will dispatch the replacement product from our end and send an email notification to you.

 

A minimum 7 days are required from the time we receive the returned product.
